The evolution are certain changes of forces and matter in time.
Evolution is also tightly connected to future time with footstep of a presence when new information being a fact of existence. Between changes and reaching new existence are long lasting processes to reach final result. The activity and laws are then deeply written in time and its memory.
Between cold gas collapsed and our Sun was formed last 30-50 million years. For this long-time evolution hold information of this star within time memory.
Sun is created and together with forming planets was designed Solar system how we know it now. Approximately 100 million years took altogether to be created; Sun, planets, moons, asteroids and comets. Existing in stable regular movement till now. For 4.6 billion years this system exists.

Time obtains moment of creation in own memory. Life appeared from 3.8 to 4 billion years ago when single celled organisms lived in oceans. The life is then moment of understanding of stability within a system. Also, within ecosystems on Earth. Inhospitable periods are gone. New hospitable era started.
For complex evolution to reach till recent time.

It is obvious that Universe needs for every single creation very long time...maybe because fact Universe is immense and 'thinking' of huge seizes and distances. Time helps Universe to design space entities.
Forces  are sometimes destructive. But mostly creative as we know and might be thanks to time arrow and ongoing evolution.

Existence of time and evolution is crucial and tightly connected. Providing changes within forces and matter. Huge visible changes. Possible to exist billions of years. From our perspective almost forever.
