General Intelligence

What kind of intelligence Universe gave us and to what range is able to get higher... Universe is intelligence itself. To what range is able to get higher by effect of Universe or changed by ability to learn by individual- by human. I mean everything we have is given from source of creation. Since nobody ever saw God, only source is our Universe and its hidden intelligence. Universe hidden intelligence is some kind of program able to change management of ideas and increase intelligence. That's how we evolved and everything around too. Universe also evolved in time and started over 13 billion years ago. Question is what made Universe to create Earth and provide different source of intelligence? Is intelligence of Earth the highest possibility of intelligence in Cosmos? Or possible other exoplanet with different living organisms? 

Something on Earth is different as in whole Space. Space acting slower than what happened on Earth. Universe was old 10 billion years when first life evolved on Earth for the first time. It's estimated that first living microorganisms emerged 3,7 billion years ago, when first mammals only 180 million years ago.

Organic life and evolution of intelligence has got faster possible time for development. It means Universe has been learning in past. At the beginning was very slowly and time run differently. What if time and intelligence of Universe have got close relationship and evolved together? Before Big Bang, Space was covered by hot plasma structures. After The Big bang Universe started slowly to learn and create first atoms, later connected to bigger structures and develop whole galaxies. What we know, The Big bang was start of everything and time didn't exist before it. But was it start also of intelligence of Universe? Or start for creative processes? Our Universe is defined not only by physical formulas, but also by creative power and ability develop any structure. Hot plasma at its beginning was some kind of structure, too. Maybe early Universe is bit defined by chaotic character when intelligence was only formed. But there is a point of illogicality when we say there was nothing before The Big bang and time didn't exist.

I believe there was something before time existed. Something what is eternal and infinite. Maybe processes first formed before The Big bang created later order and intelligence could evolved. If we believe that our Universe is not only one place for creations, I am talking about Multiverse, then Big bang is maybe start of processes making order and design creation, but not directly first point. What was before hot plasma were formed during Big bang occasions? There is always something rather than nothing. There is always something, Universe existed forever, but its cycle and form changed in time.
Intelligence of Cosmos is not something what is spontaneous as we humans. It's strictly depending on physics law for example. To create anything, you need facts which working within laws of physics made by Universe.
